The Role of Executive Members

The executive members of PLC guide the development and implementation of processes, facilitating collaborative planning, data analysis and professional development initiatives aimed at improving student learning outcomes. They play a central role in establishing a culture of continuous improvement and oversee the allocation of resources, provide support and guidance to each department and ensure alignment with the College's mission and goals.
